The Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB) was set up in 1987 to manage legal aid in Scotland. We are a non-departmental public body responsible to the Scottish Government. About the role
The People Coordinator provides support for a full suite of people related processes. This role covers almost every aspect of HR administration and provides excellent scope to develop knowledge and administration skills within a People related function.

Once trained, the job holder will have a high degree of autonomy to plan and manage their day-to-day tasks and activities within set guidelines and timescales. An important aspect of the coordinator role is to provide regular progress feedback to the People Consultants and seek assistance when needed.

Our People team is keen to continuously improve the service provided to our customers and the People Coordinator will play a role in this. As the first point of contact within the department, it is a key position to identify aspects of service which have the potential to be improved.

This post is permanent on a full time basis.
